Cleaning Charges will depend on the SQUARE FOOTAGE of the house. BASIC RESIDENTIAL CLEANING ALL ROOMS/ HALLWAYS Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces - Tables - Frames - Desks - Shelves - Vacuum/mop all floors, mats, and staircase - Make beds - Empty garbage bins BATHROOMS - Clean countertops, faucets, mirrors, and cabinets (exterior) - Clean toilets - Scrub and clean showers and bathtubs - Clean floors KITCHEN - Clean outside of appliances - Clean stovetop - Clean outside/ inside Microwave - Clean and wipe tables - Clean faucets and sink, and countertops - Wipe cabinets (exterior) - Clean floors
