What are your business hours?
Our cleaning operations start from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
Our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
However, we do make arrangements for services in the evenings and weekends.
Is your company insured?
Yes.
Our company is fully insured and bonded.
How will I let the cleaning crew into my house?
Most of our customers provide us with key/code. You can leave instructions on where to find a key.
All information and keys you provide will be handled securely and will be returned if services are discontinued.
If we cannot enter the house, there will be charges for lockout
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Your satisfaction is essential to us.
We will happily rectify the situation without any charges when calling within 24 hours.
How do I cancel or reschedule a service?
We required 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. There will be a $30.00 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. One reason for late cancelation charges is because our workers depend on their work hours and cannot be rescheduled on such short notice. We will do our best to send another technician to do the job if your requested technician is unfit to work.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
On our Website
Post-cleaning, you will receive a call from us, and will be instructed to use our cleaning calculator to pay for your cleaning service.
Do you use your supplies and equipment?
We like our customers to choose their supplies and equipment simply because it gives them the
choice of product they would like and feel comfortable using in their homes.
However, we can recommend what supplies to buy and get it ready before our crew arrives. If
the client prefers we can provide our supplies and equipment for an extra charge per visit to
cover the cost of the materials.
We try our best to avoid cross-contamination by disinfecting our supplies and equipment after
use or by using customers' stuff.
How can we prevent the spread of Covid-19?
Wearing masks, gloves and respecting social distancing rule.
Regular hand washing and hygiene practices.
Ensuring our staff is symptoms-free. If client has symptoms, please inform us so we can reschedule you with no charge of cancellation.
What supplies would you provide?
Here are the supplies we use regularly;
Vinegar- for anti-bacteria; mixed with warm water for wood floors.
Dawn dish soap – can be used for degreaser/all-purpose cleaner with a little bit of vinegar
Mrs. Meyers Multi-surface is natural and non-toxic and can be used in the kitchen and bathroom.
Glass cleaner
Vim cream cleanser for sink and scrubbing tubs.
Stainless Steel Polish
Scrubber, big & small brushes, microfiber cloths, and dusters
Mop, bucket, extra spray bottles, and vacuum
